Bundled cleaning-and-spraying jobs run $2–$5 per linear foot total — a 150-foot fence at the combined rate is $300–$750 for a day's work. Shed and outbuilding exterior painting runs $200–$600 depending on size.

Income Potential:
$300–$800 per day for an efficient operator. Weekend work only can generate $1,500–$3,000 per month. Bundling cleaning and spraying into one job increases the average ticket without adding much time to the visit.

Who This Is For:
